UK’s retailer Superdrug reported a 132% growth in the online channel. The product range offered online also accelerated during the pandemic times. Additionally, during 2020 Superdrug collaborated with a logistics firm named Stuart to provide a click-and-collect and same-day delivery service for several zip codes. But how badly were the offline sales of Superdrug affected after the closure of 230 stores during the first UK national lockdown?
