According to a recent research, 32% of Indians regularly acquire their meds online through an ePharmacy. Nearly as many (31%) stated that although they shopped online during the pandemic, they have now switched back to physical pharmacies. Indians aren't quite ready to abandon offline purchases completely. Hence, for a better customer experience, Indian pharmacies of the future will seamlessly combine online and offline formats in an omnichannel approach.

Czech ePharmacy’s Pilulka Sales Soared by Over 30% in Q2 2022
The pandemic's positive impact for eCommerce began to fade, but the Czech ePharmacy Pilulka announced that sales increased by over 30% year-over-year in the second quarter and by almost 10% year-over-year in the first half of the year to $52.9 million. The management reiterated intentions for this year's growth into Austria and Hungary and expressed a small optimism about developments in the second quarter.

When Will the Spanish Government Pass New Laws to Address Spain's Growing Illegal ePharma Industry?
As the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) gets dozens of complaints on the illicit selling of meds through online stores every day, the illegal sales of Rx medications are growing in the Spanish market. Currently, ePharmacies are legally permitted to sell only OTCs and not drugs requiring a prescription from a doctor. Therefore, it is specifically prohibited to promote medications that need a prescription. Will the Spanish government legislate this violation of the law?
