Mexican ePharmacy Prixz Aspires to Become a Unicorn and Expand into Other Latin American Countries
The Mexican state of Jalisco processes the most online orders for meds and health-related products on a national scale; therefore, the Mexican ePharmacy Prixz intends to consolidate its activities there. Prixz has delivered over 500K orders across the country since June 2022, making it the ePharmacy with the most coverage in the country. The company will aim for Series B funding in Q1 '23 to continue its expansion, primarily in distribution centres and purchase innovative technology to accelerate drug delivery.

Brazilian Santa Rosa Health Foundation Announces the Availability of State Medications via the Internet
The Santa Rosa Health Foundation (FUMSSAR) in Brazil, through its workforce at the Municipal Pharmacy, informs the patients that utilize state-provided medicines that they can now obtain these medications online. The state government has now launched a digital portal with currently 113 pharmaceuticals and nutritional therapies. According to FUMSSAR's President, this is a tool to enable patients to receive their medication in a more convenient, time-efficient, and cost-effective manner.

ePharmacy Pharmazon Seeks to Boost the Sector in France and Win Against Foreign Competitors
ePharmacy Pharmazon, based in France, was founded a year ago as an organization of French pharmacies. On the platform, the ePharmacy offers 10K cosmetic and parapharmacy products, allowing customers to choose their preferred pharmacy. However, the competition is unfair as French law prohibits French ePharmacies from selling pharmaceuticals online, although foreign ePharmacies can do so legally.
